Wieliczka

The Wieliczka Salt Mine is a rock salt mine located in Wieliczka near Krakow. From the 13th century to 1772, it was a joint venture

Together with the Bochnia salt mine, it was part of the Kraków Salt Mines. The salts extracted from the mine date back to the Miocene.

In 1976, the mine was entered into the national register of monuments.

Apparently people come to the Wieliczka mine several times.
Each trip to the salt underground brings different impressions and… different memories.
Why is this so? Because every time we travel the tourist trails, we see the mine a little differently.
